Like the professionalism

I would say "They came, they saw and they conquered". First they explained me about their process in detail. When the talk was finalised, they came on time and handled the process very professionally. There was a delay but it was from my side. They understood it and patiently waited. They were also polite in their behaviour which was a welcome change from the usual type of people this sector employs. I was very impressed by the professionalism. Thanks to Agarwal P&M.
