I shifted my household items from Kolkata to Chennai. The field executive came and offered me the quotation. They packed everything in a neat and tidy way. Since I wanted the goods to be delivered within two days, but that was not possible. It came on the 3rd day but the service was good overall. The Agarwal Packers and Movers personnel personally shifted some of the heavy items on 4th floor, since that day the lift was not working. They didn't demand anything extra but I tipped them anyways.
